Our Lifetime Guarantee: For as long as you own your CAINTÈ watch, we guarantee it will work perfectly. If it doesn’t, we’ll repair or replace it for free.
How it Works:
- If you have an issue, email us on info@cainte.com.
- We’ll fix or replace your watch—no questions asked.
What’s Not Covered:
- Straps and bracelets
- Batteries (must be replaced when needed)
- Damage from misuse or improper handling (including improper battery replacement)
- Water damage if you don’t lock your crown

Condensation inside the watch caused by rapid temperature changes, such as going from heat to cold
Important Notes:
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- If your model is no longer available, we’ll replace it with one of similar value.
We recommend servicing your watch every 5 years, with battery life typically lasting 2-4 years.
