PAYMENT
CAINTÉ accepts online payments with Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

CAINTÉ uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.
CAINTÉ's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1-2 business days.

Shipping is always free.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 after delivery and be received by us no later than 30 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@cainte.dk . The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to CAINTÉ to assess the condition of the item.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to CAINTÉ within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
CAINTÉ does not cover return costs.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

The personal information is registered with CAINTÉ and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

Add a combination of 3 products to your cart and we will automatically add a discount to the total cost equal to the cheapest product. if you add 4 products, the discount applies to the cheapest of the 4 products.
Unless clearly communicated, discount codes cannot be used on a 3 for 2 purchase. If you return the free item, no refund will be issued.
If you return any of the other items, you will be refunded the amount of that product, minus the value of the free product at the time you purchased it. For example, if your cart contains an item for DKK 965, DKK 775 and DKK 485, you do not pay for the DKK 485 product. If you then return the 775DKK product, your refund will be 775DKK, minus 485DKK for the free product, so the total refund will be 295DKK.

CAINTÉ jewellery is made in the absolute best quality of 304 Stainless Steel, which is considered to be hypoallergenic.
Some of our gold plated jewelry may contain a bit more or more nickel than 0.5 micrograms per square centimeter per week, because its plated together with a lot of other different materials.
