Not in a Tier

Once you reach a tier’s specific entry requirement, you will automatically be enrolled. this can take up to 20 working days after the qualifying purchase is made, you will then be notified via email.

Already in a Tier

Once you are enrolled into your loyalty tier, you’ll remain on this membership for 12 months. You have the opportunity to be upgraded but will not drop-down during this time. When your membership restarts, you will either remain, be upgraded or drop down a tier depending on your spend.
