We offer 30 days return/exchange. We are extending the period for gifts so that it applies from the day the gift is given :) - Christmas gifts can be exchanged until 30 days after the 24th December.
Please note that it can take 7-9 working days from sending the return package until it has been received and processed. Refunds can take 3-10 banking days depending on the bank and payment method.
Make sure that the returned order is packed exactly as it were received. (We do not make a refund on the order if, for example, we receive a necklace that is tangled due to inappropriate packaging)
