Lifetime Warranty – Jewelry

We promise to replace your CAINTÈ item if it tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks. Just email us a photo of the item along with your order number to info@cainte.com - No need to explain — we'll process a replacement or store credit for you.

Please note, our Lifetime Guarantee applies only to jewelry (not watches) and does not cover items that are lost, stolen, scratched, intentionally damaged, or damaged by someone else. Our fair use policy ensures fairness for all customers.

We also want to clarify that while our jewelry is covered by a lifetime guarantee, we only offer one free replacement per item. After that, we’ll be happy to provide a gift card or refund so you can make a new purchase if needed.




Lifetime Warranty – Watches

1. Standard Warranty:
  • All CAINTÈ watches include a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including defects in the movement, hands, and dial.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear, such as scratches or discoloration.

2. Lifetime Warranty – Watches
  • Customers may purchase an optional lifetime warranty during checkout or within 30 days of purchase.
  • The lifetime warranty extends the same coverage as the standard warranty for an unlimited period. This includes manufacturing defects such as water damage or internal malfunction not caused by misuse.
  • Please note that although the warranty is unlimited in time, we only offer one replacement if the watch breaks due to a manufacturing issue. After that, we’ll be happy to issue a gift card or refund so you can place a new order if needed.
3. Claim Process:
  • To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact CAINTÈ customer support.
  • If the issue falls under warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at no additional cost.
4. Exclusions:
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
    • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or discoloration caused by normal wear.
    • Batteries, straps, and other accessories.
