1. Where is my package? Why hasn’t the tracking updated?

Don’t worry—this can happen when your package is being transferred between different hubs. It may take a few days for the tracking information to update after the package has arrived at the next hub.

2. Have you received my return?

For returns within Europe, parcels are first delivered to our returns facility in Neumünster, Germany, before being forwarded to our warehouse in Denmark. Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be received and registered at our Danish warehouse. It often happens much faster, but in some cases, it may take the full 15 days.

For returns from the US, customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label. Once the return has been delivered to our US warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for it to be registered in our system. It often happens much faster, but processing times may vary.

3. When will this product be back in stock?

We don’t have a confirmed restock date just yet. However, you’re welcome to contact info@cainte.com with details of the product you’re interested in, and we’ll be happy to check its current availability for you.

4. Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

Your order may contain one or more pre-order items, which means we are waiting for these items to arrive before shipping your order.

If you have ordered multiple products and would like us to ship the items that are currently in stock first, please contact info@cainte.com. We’ll be happy to check your order and see whether we can arrange this for you.

5. How do I create a return?

6. When does the sale end?

We don’t currently have a confirmed end date for the sale.

However, we recommend placing your order while the offer is available, as some of our popular jewellery pieces may sell out during the sale.

7. Why didn’t I receive my free gift?

In most cases, this is because the free gift was not added to your order at checkout and therefore wasn’t included in the shipment.

If you believe you were eligible for a free gift but didn’t receive it, please contact info@cainte.com, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
