You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund. Once your return has been registered, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

We also offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. One exchange per order is free of charge. Additional exchanges will be subject to shipping fees.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and you'll need your order number.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@cainte.com. Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense (€8 within Europe).

Once your request is approved, we will send you a secure link to our return portal, where you can complete the payment and generate your return label. Once payment is completed, the return label will be sent to you automatically via email.

Once your return has been approved and your return label has been issued, the parcel must be handed over to the carrier within 14 days. If the parcel is not handed over within this timeframe, the return request will be cancelled and the return will no longer be accepted.

We have up to 15 business days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse. During periods of high demand, this process may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customers are responsible for returned items until we receive them. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
